Position Summary Under the guidance of the Operations Manager, the Logistics Specialist will enhance customer experiences by delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships. Key responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, and organizing merchandise, ensuring efficient storage and display according to our standards. Additional duties involve maintaining a clean and safe environment, executing price changes, and preparing eCommerce orders for shipping. You will also manage customer returns, stay informed on promotions, and advocate for our products and services. Key Responsibilities: Engage with every customer to deliver world-class service, utilizing PGATSS service behaviors to build lasting relationships that keep customers returning. Accurately receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments, confirming all items are in excellent condition. Organize and label received merchandise in the stockroom for efficient storage and easy access. Unbox, tag, and display merchandise on the sales floor according to merchandising standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized back-of-house and sales floor area, providing a pleasant shopping environment. Execute all price changes and merchandising bulletins effectively. Pick, pack, and prepare eCommerce orders for shipping, ensuring secure packaging and timely delivery. Handle customer returns by inspecting items, processing refunds or exchanges, and updating inventory systems. Promote a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance across all departments. Stay updated on promotions and marketing events to enhance merchandising presence throughout. Champion the products and services, informing and educating customers about our offerings. Provide consistent feedback to the Operations Manager regarding operational and merchandising opportunities. Qualifications and Skills Required: Strong communication skills, including effective listening and interpersonal abilities, with both verbal and written competencies. Basic computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Preferred experience in retail fulfillment, replenishment, stocking, merchandising, distribution, or similar roles. Ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, move throughout the store, and lift up to 30 lb. overhead. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Quick learner of business acumen with appropriate training. Strong self-accountability and proactive drive for results.
