Position Summary We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Analyst in Market Access Applications to join our team. In this role, you will act as a crucial link between our Market Access Commercial Business and IT departments. Your primary focus will be on delivering and supporting technology solutions that meet business objectives. A strong proficiency in the Model N powered by Flex system and Anaplan, as well as their integrations with other systems, is essential. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the Model N and Anaplan applications in alignment with business needs. Evaluate current systems and recommend improvements for efficiency. Assist in assessing new technology systems and service providers. Manage IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact. Work with managed service providers to address technology needs, including project delivery and support. Oversee the lifecycle of Commercial application systems, ensuring ongoing optimization. Maintain thorough project documentation for knowledge management and centralized access. Provide regular project updates, manage issues proactively, and adjust schedules as needed. Lead troubleshooting efforts for quality and functionality issues in technology systems. Prioritize enhancements and fixes in collaboration with business stakeholders. Ensure timely execution of operational obligations and compliance activities. Coordinate with cross-functional IT teams for smooth service delivery and communication. Set performance metrics and service level agreements to monitor outcomes and satisfaction. Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes, recommending technology adaptations. Act as the subject matter expert on application upgrades, integrations, and system enhancements. Ensure the Model N application is updated and assist with necessary upgrades and issue resolution. Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities highlighted during scans. Optimize Oracle PL/SQL and MS SQL data processes to enhance efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field; training in IT or business management is a plus. A minimum of 4 years of experience managing Commercial applications in the Pharma/Biotech sector. At least 3 years of experience with Model N powered by Flex and Anaplan. Experience in Production Support and the Software Development Lifecycle. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong collaboration abilities and a sense of ownership towards tasks. The base salary for this role is between $112,700 and $140,900, along with merit-based increases and incentive opportunities.
