Your Impact: Prepare and post financial journal entries, including intercompany adjustments. Review and analyze general ledger account balances to ensure accuracy. Verify the correctness of ledger entries and suggest necessary corrections. Prepare monthly reconciliations and detailed balance sheets. Act as a mentor to junior accountants. Perform other duties as assigned. What We Seek: High School Diploma/GED. Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles. Proficiency in MS Office, Oracle, and other financial systems. 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience. Valid Driver's License. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Knowledge of continuous improvement or lean concepts is advantageous.
