Company : Highmark Health Job Description : JOB SUMMARY Join Highmark Health as a Senior Product Manager, where you will spearhead the development of innovative capabilities that enhance our Commercial and Federal Insurance Products. You will establish a clear vision, align stakeholders, and create compelling business cases for new Insurance Product capabilities. Moreover, you will oversee implementation efforts alongside delivery teams and champion enhancements in product and benefit configuration to optimize the Sales customer experience. This position offers flexibility with the option to work hybrid or remote. If located within 50 miles of an office, you will need to be onsite for 3 days a week (T, W, Th). ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Develop a comprehensive product vision and strategy by understanding the company's strategic roadmap and competitive landscape. Proactively identify opportunities for asset improvements using both metrics and qualitative insights. Serve as the product representative in governance meetings. Communicate clearly and effectively across audiences at all levels regarding roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions. Act as the accountable owner for the designated portfolio of products/tools. Foster cross-product and cross-customer value through shared learnings. Guide Agile development teams in your role as Product Owner. Manage the product backlog, regularly refreshing and re-prioritizing based on input from internal and partner teams. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on product vision and strategy. Carry out other duties as assigned or requested. EXPERIENCE Required 5 years of experience in Product Management. 5 years of experience through the Software Lifecycle. 3 years of advanced domain experience in insurance or related fields. Preferred 3 years experience with Agile processes. SKILLS Strong business acumen related to P&L management. Excellent communication skills. Conflict management abilities. EDUCATION Required Bachelor's degree in science, technology, mathematics, or a related field OR equivalent relevant experience and/or education. Preferred None.
