Senior Security Intelligence Analyst

Your Role The Internal Audit Services team plays a crucial role in overseeing insider threat detection and security intelligence initiatives at Blue Shield of California. As a Senior Security Intelligence Analyst, you will report directly to the Director of the program and collaborate closely with a dedicated team. Your expertise will help design effective threat intelligence collection strategies, enhance our intel capabilities, and communicate critical findings. This dynamic position focuses on collecting, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence data to gain insights on security and insider threats, significantly contributing to our strategic decision-making processes. A thorough understanding of both physical and electronic security threats is essential. Your Knowledge and Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, International Relations, Forensics, Criminal Justice, Public Service, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field At least 1 to 3 years of experience in security intelligence, corporate intelligence, or fraud prevention as an analyst or in a similar role Proficient with intelligence analysis tools and methodologies Knowledgeable in counter-intelligence practices, intelligence requirements, products, and briefings Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team Exceptional communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
