We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager who is ready to lead one or more teams in delivering solution architecture effectively. Your responsibilities include: Leading teams to deliver overall solution architecture and drive process innovation. Guiding large projects while maintaining operational excellence and engaging with clients at a senior level. Building trust through transparent communication with multi-level teams and stakeholders. Motivating and coaching teams to overcome complex challenges and contributing to the firm's overall success. Fostering an environment that encourages professional growth and innovation. Ensuring the successful execution of client projects. Required Qualifications: 7 years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technology, supplemented by specialized training. What Sets You Apart: Demonstrated ability to provide leadership in AWS-based platforms and manage delivery across multiple workstreams. Extensive experience in cloud migration and modernization within AWS environments, including management of migration sequencing and operational readiness. Proven knowledge of AWS architecture and services, enhancing ability to design and implement effective solutions. Experience in architecting and operating Kubernetes-based platforms, ensuring security and scalability. Strong background in continuous integration and delivery pipelines, fostering developer productivity. Hands-on experience in developing infrastructure as code solutions to ensure quality and compliance. A strong foundation in cloud security and operational best practices.
