We are looking for a Senior Client Executive - Technology Solutions to drive growth with an industry leader in enterprise workflow and platform solutions. This position will be based in Santa Clara, California, and will necessitate travel to client locations as needed. As a Senior Client Executive, you will be accountable for Client Relationships, Client Satisfaction, Business Growth, and P&L ownership across all assigned accounts. You will lead account strategy, revenue forecasting, and ensure service excellence while maintaining high client satisfaction. The role requires deep knowledge of digital workflow platforms, outstanding executive engagement skills, and the ability to collaborate in a global delivery model. Job Responsibilities Include: Develop and manage a comprehensive sales and client engagement model with annual TCV of $25M+, creating an entrepreneurial culture focused on market and client expansion. Serve as a trusted advisor in enterprise workflow and platform transformation, expert in revenue acceleration, cost optimization, and process digitization. Excel in client relationship management, enhancing executive-level connections, driving change programs, and technology-enabled transformation agendas. Navigate complex, large, and geographically dispersed client organizations influencing C-suite decision-makers and aligning with their strategic priorities. Manage P&L of approximately $25M through strong forecasting, financial management, and effective growth strategy execution. Create and close deals that align with client objectives, employing structured processes and innovative solution packaging. Raise awareness of NTT DATA's unique offerings, expand account planning, and execute measurable growth roadmaps. Utilize comprehensive knowledge of enterprise workflow and digital platform ecosystems to identify competitive advantages and position NTT DATA as an ideal partner. Collaborate both internally and with external partners to craft joint go-to-market strategies and develop sustainable client value. Basic Qualifications: At least 8 years of experience managing large client portfolios with annual TCV exceeding $25M. A minimum of 8 years in enterprise workflow/digital platform solutions with strong knowledge of business levers such as revenue generation and margin optimization. Proven track record in client relationship management with the ability to enhance executive-level engagement and leverage platform technology for competitive benefit. Minimum of 8 years delivering IT services and consulting solutions in the ISV and Software Development sector. 5+ years of experience engaging clients in technology, software, or adjacent industries, with demonstrated success in platform-based transformation initiatives. This position may be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. NTT DATA offers a competitive salary range for this position, with starting compensation between $182,000 - $304,000 reflecting the minimum and maximum target compensation across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on various factors including work location, experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
