Work from Our Charlotte Tech Hub This position is based at our cutting-edge Tech Hub in Charlotte, North Carolina, which features advanced technology, collaborative spaces, an on-site barista, a Zen garden, and various perks that enhance your work experience. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with product teams to turn complex business needs into AI-enhanced Android solutions with clean, maintainable code using Kotlin, MVVM/MVI, and Jetpack Compose. Design, develop, and configure integrated enterprise applications across diverse computing environments, using contemporary Android frameworks for scalability and resilience. Apply test-driven and behavior-driven development methodologies, conduct root cause analyses, and participate in code reviews to ensure the delivery of robust, efficient, and maintainable applications. Establish CI/CD pipelines and utilize DevOps automation tools to streamline the development lifecycle and enhance deployment efficiency. Create reusable libraries, evaluate emerging AI technologies, and consistently refine processes to boost team productivity and software quality. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) along with at least 2 years of software development experience. Experience with iterative agile development and project work encompassing the complete development lifecycle (SDLC). Two years of hands-on experience with frontend technologies (UI/UX), middleware (microservices/APIs), database technologies, or DevOps.
