Learn more on our Benefits page. ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for RN’s to join our skilled nursing teams at Community Subacute & Transitional Care Center! As an RN on our team, you’ll provide direct care to our diverse patient population. When a patient needs ongoing care, subacute care steps in. Community Subacute & Transitional Care Center is a 106-bed facility providing inpatient care for chronic, subacute conditions such as coma or other complex illness that require 24-hour medical supervision.  Patients whose care requires ventilator, respiratory, wound, IV, hospice, rehabilitation services and/or general nursing can receive treatment that’s consistent with an acute care center’s effectiveness while in a comfortable long-term care setting.Qualifications Education• Graduate of approved nursing program required• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred Experience• Consistent demonstration of Novice / Advance Beginner clinical nursing practice proficiency required Licenses and Certifications• RN - Current State of California Registered Nurse license required• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) requiredDisclaimers• Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.• If any bonuses are noted, they are only applicable to external hires meeting criteria.
