Budget & Treasury Analyst

What Youll Do As a Budget & Treasury Analyst with LCEF, you will be responsible for detailed analysis of budget performance, forecasting future needs, and supports strategic decision?making. This role advises stakeholders on budget optimization. Analyze budget data, compare to actual expenditures, note deviations, and compile reports for budget stakeholders and leadership. Provide guidance in the preparation and justification of budget requests. Advise management on matters, such as effective use of resources and assumptions underlying budget forecasts. Interpret budgets to management. Assess past and current expenditures and assist leaders in developing budget and efficient use of funds. Assist with management of treasury functions and process treasury tasks, as needed. Assist with financial planning activities. What Youll Need Bachelors degree in finance or accounting or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in budgeting and analysis. Familiarity with best practices & regulations in accounting and financial areas. Experience using budgeting software tools. Experience in a financial institution preferred.
