Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianAs the Maintenance Technician, you will support the daily operations of the hotel’s maintenance department, ensuring all systems and equipment are operating safely and efficiently. You’ll lead a team of engineers, manage preventative maintenance schedules, and respond quickly to guest or operational issues. Your role is key to maintaining a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment for both guests and staff.Key Responsibilities You will be the key to our hotel's efficient operations, managing and leading our engineering and maintenance team.Your daily tasks will include supervising maintenance staff, coordinating repairs and upgrades, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and codes.You will report to the Chief Engineer.Starting as an engineering assistant can lead to a variety of opportunities within the hospitality industry, such as chief engineer, facilities manager, or even a regional engineering director. Education & ExperienceHotel experience is always a plus!
