Job DescriptionHandyman - Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Fort Worth, Texas Pay: $28-$30 per hour (Based on Experience) Long-Term OpportunityHours: 40-50 per week | Monday-Friday | Some Occasional Saturdays if Needed | Available for Emergency Calls Position Overview: We're seeking an experienced Handyman - Maintenance Technician to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This position offers steady hours, competitive pay, and work in a commercial and residential environment. Responsibilities:Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (required) Assist with plumbing, welding, carpentry, masonry, HVAC, and general facility repairs as needed Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation Support operations teams with technical expertise Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company standards Requirements:Strong electrical maintenance experience (required). Commercial and/or residential maintenance background preferred. Experience in plumbing, welding, masonry, and carpentry is a plus. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented. Must have reliable commercial-grade transportation (pickup truck or transit van). Must pass a pre-employment drug screen. Must pass a background check.
