Job DescriptionAssembly Associate$15-17/hr DOE (Depending on Experience)1st Shift - Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Are you a detail-oriented and positive minded professional looking for an exciting new opportunity! A fast-paced, rapidly growing company in the Le Mars area is seeking an Assembly Associate to join their team! If you are mechanically inclined, enjoy variety in your work, and can multi-task effectively, this position could be a great fit. Responsibilities: Assemble parts as assigned Collaborate effectively with co-workers in a team-oriented environment. Process parts through molding operations while ensuring quality and accuracy Maintain organized work areas while paying close attention to detail. Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall operations. Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, or move up to 50lbs Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail Strong communication skills to effectively interact with co-workers Basic knowledge of using hand and power tools; mechanically inclined Willingness to learn and be teachable What you'll get: Starting Pay: $15-$17/hr (Depending on experience) Paid Every Friday!
