Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Administrative & Operational Support • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings • Maintain and organize transaction files in compliance with brokerage and state regulations • Prepare listing packages, buyer presentations, and closing documents • Track deadlines and ensure all transaction milestones are met • Assist with data entry and database management (CRM systems) • Order and coordinate signage, lockboxes, photography, and staging Marketing & Client Engagement • Prepare and distribute marketing materials for listings (flyers, brochures, MLS entries) • Manage and update property listings across MLS and online platforms • Assist with social media marketing campaigns and online presence • Coordinate open houses and property showings Market Research & Reporting • Conduct research on market trends, property values, and comparable sales • Assist with preparing comparative market analyses (CMAs) • Compile reports and presentations for client meetings Client Service • Provide exceptional customer service to buyers, sellers, and vendors • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • 1+ year experience in administrative support, customer service, or related field • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment • High level of professionalism and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and collaboratively Preferred • Active real estate license or willingness to obtain one • Experience with MLS systems and CRM platforms • Familiarity with real estate contracts and transaction processes • Experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation • Knowledge of real estate terminology and industry practices
