We are looking for a Technical Support, Quality 2 specialist to become the dedicated guardian of our ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) Control Program. In this vital role, you'll ensure that the high-tech, static-sensitive products we build are protected from even the smallest voltages, maintaining the integrity of everything we create. You will act as a helpful guide, using your expertise to solve problems through the 8D methodology and ensuring our workspace remains a world-class environment for innovation. It's about working together to make our processes better every day. salary: $21 - $22 per hour shift: First work hours: 6:45 AM - 3:45 PM education: High School Responsibilities Establish, document, implement, maintain and verify the compliance of the Program in accordance with the requirements of Standard ANSI/ESD S20.20-2014. Evaluate materials before purchasing them to avoid damaging the product (Release-Validation ESD.xls). Annual review ground system that have an good conditions (Delta) Verify the compliance of the Program in accordance with the requirements of Standard ANSI/ESD S20.20-2014. Maintain the ANSI ESD S20.20 Certification. Analyze defect data and drive root cause corrective action resolution following 8D methodology.
