Position Title: Construction Helper Company Name: Superior Home Products Inc Pay Range: $16-$18 per hour Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Memphis, TN Industry: Residential Construction / Remodeling Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Construction Helper / Laborer who is open to learning and eager to grow within the residential remodeling industry. This role supports lead carpenters and project teams on job sites, assisting with various construction and remodeling tasks. Residential remodeling experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Key Responsibilities Assist skilled tradespeople with residential remodeling projects Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Clean, prep, and organize job sites Perform general labor tasks such as demolition, framing support, material handling, and basic carpentry assistance Move and handle materials, tools, and equipment safely and Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times Take direction from supervisors and complete tasks efficiently Learn and develop skills in remodeling, construction techniques, and tool usage Qualifications Residential remodeling experience preferred Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus Open to learning and developing new skills Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day Team-oriented with a positive attitude Commitment to professionalism and accountability Benefits & Perks Weekly pay cycle Paid time off (holidays and December 25-Jan 1st) Paid training and certifications Uniforms provided Referral bonus program Company events, sales promotions, and contests Work-life balance with intentional scheduling and controlled overtime Work Schedule Full-Time, Monday-Friday Targeted 40-hour workweek, with overtime typically capped at 47 hours Work Location: On-site at residential remodeling projects in Memphis, TN Equal Employment Opportunity We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
