Reports To: Technical Support Manager Location: Position requires a full-time presence in Durham, NC (weekend & late evening coverage as needed) Base Salary Range: $60 - 65kPlease note: We are only able to consider candidates who are U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents (green card holders) and who do not require current or future visa sponsorship of any sort.Job Summary: IONNA is looking for a full-time Operations coordinator to cover customer engagement and field service coordination over the weekend and select weekdays. This unique role will support both our Field Service and our Contact Center Teams over the weekend, late evenings, and weekdays. The ideal candidate has previous experience working various coordination activities within a start up or fast paced organization. This is a great opportunity to join IONNA at the ground level with lots of growth potential for the driven individual. Key Responsibilities: Respond to all Google/Plugshare/Social Media feedback during weekend and specific weekdays within the same day. Coordinate the scheduling of all Field Service visits with our internal/external stakeholders to meet the defined SLA Count and document our in house and external parts inventories to ensure we have a reoccurring accurate count. Collaborate with our Tier 2 Technical Support Team to provide the right responses to our customers. Provide additional support to our call center as an additional escalation channel Support the team on ad hoc special projects to support the business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Time to Answer (Email/google/Plugshare/social) Field Service On Time Delivery Google/Plugshare Reviews Required Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of previous experience executing coordination or call center activities within a start-up or similar fast paced role. Winning attitude that embodies the concept of extreme ownership & someone who others considered an "utility player or all-arounder". Flexibility and organizational skills to handle multiple diverse activities at once. Experience coordinating field service or customer support activities. Experience managing social media responses/support. Experience with salesforce service cloud or prior experience using Zendesk. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in e-mobility.
