Pay: $15-$19 per hour, based on facility and shift Position Type: PRN / As-Needed / CNA Vital Medical Staffing is seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our PRN team. This position is perfect for individuals who value flexible scheduling, work well with others, and understand the critical importance of being present to support patients and facilities when they most need help. We partner with hospitals, long-term care facilities, behavioral health settings, and clinics. Many of our CNA assignments involve PRN and last-minute coverage needs, making reliability and clear communication essential. As a PRN CNA, your primary responsibility will be to provide hands-on support and care to patients while adhering to the specific policies and procedures of each facility. Responsibilities may include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring patient needs, reporting changes to nursing staff, and helping to maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment. You will be expected to communicate effectively with facility staff as well as our staffing team, arrive punctually for your scheduled shifts, and are ready to step in wherever assistance is required.
