Qualifications Current, valid Driver's License is required. Private Investigator license and mobile surveillance experience are essential Experience at a licensed PI firm may be accepted in lieu of a Private Investigator License. Must obtain Auto Insurance with 100/300/100 coverage prior to employment $100k Maximum Bodily Injury per Person. $300k Maximum Bodily Injury per Accident. $100k Maximum Property Damage per Accident. Personal Computer with MS Word capability is required. Personal Digital Surveillance Camera is necessary. Proficient in using surveillance equipment and technology. A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory; an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice or Security Management is preferred. Prior mobile surveillance experience is highly desirable. Willingness to travel as a Full-Time Employee is essential. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Capacity to observe and conduct surveillance for 8-10 hours daily. Weekend work may be required based on surveillance activities. Keen observational skills with strong attention to detail, capable of focusing on individuals for extended periods. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and observations clearly. Integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information and sensitive situations are vital. General Duties Adhere to established protocols and procedures for surveillance operations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Maintain a discreet presence while observing subjects and their daily activities. Accurately document and report findings, incidents, and observations promptly. Conduct mobile surveillance using various monitoring equipment, including cameras and specialized devices. Proficiently operate surveillance equipment and troubleshoot technical issues as necessary. Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information obtained during investigations. Prepare detailed reports of findings submitted within 48 hours of surveillance completion. Ensure reports are concise, grammatically correct, and include all supporting documentation in a clear format within 48 hours. Engage in training programs and professional development activities to enhance surveillance skills and stay current with industry best practices. Contribute to the organization's overall security and safety objectives and perform other assigned duties.
