Position Summary: Responsible for greeting members/guests, answering the telephone, answering inquires, and providing the service that individuals expect. Complete administrative tasks as assigned. You will also maintain residents' medical records in accordance with Community policies as well as state and federal regulations. Handle and maintain patient medical records with confidentiality, accuracy, and respect at all times. Ensure that all medical information is filed correctly and up to date for the member's continuity of care. In addition, you will administer the distribution and inventory of resident care and community supplies in accordance with Community policies and procedures under the direction of the Administrator and/or authorized department head. Education/Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent is required. Must be able to communicate in English and have related administrative experience. Must possess basic computer knowledge and ability to use/understand basic medical terminology with an aptitude to learn community software. Must have related administrative experience and/or nursing experience as a Nursing Assistant or Nurse at a level necessary to accomplish the job. Shift & Wage: Full-Time Opportunity Available Shift Needed: 8:30a - 5:00p One (1) weekend every 8 weeks Wage: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour Program details can vary amongst buildings.
