Incorporates current research into daily treatment practices. Demonstrates flexibility with work schedules and assignments. Participates in activities to promote the department and organization. Interacts with providers, case managers, family members, and other relevant parties. May supervise assistants, aides, and students in providing care and treatment. Performs other related duties as requested by management. Uses electronic medical record systems for charting and documentation. Adheres to accepted clinical practice guidelines and departmental policies. Demonstrates a commitment to providing high-quality care to all clients. May require occasional weekend shifts every 4-6 weeks.
