JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Reporting and Analytics Analyst to enhance our Medicare Operations team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to design, develop, and support enterprise reporting solutions that align with user and regulatory requirements. Collaborating closely with business partners and IT, you will ensure project organization, clear documentation, and precise delivery of reporting initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Create comprehensive reports using Microsoft SQL Reporting Services (SSRS) and other reporting tools to comply with user needs and regulatory standards. Write, maintain, and review SQL queries as well as database stored procedures to support effective reporting. Engage in data validation and troubleshooting to ensure quality and accuracy in all reporting processes. Develop and maintain an organized documentation framework, including best practices, lessons learned, and design specifications. Assist with the prioritization, tracking, and organization of reporting requests and enhancements across teams. Collaborate with IT and technical teams to clarify requirements and support seamless project handoffs. Conduct peer reviews and unit tests for reports and queries to ensure quality outputs. Keep SharePoint sites updated and maintain a streamlined documentation repository. Complete training courses designated by the Analytics team manager to enhance your skill set. Perform any additional duties assigned by the Team Lead and Analytics Manager. QUALIFICATIONS Required Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Required Experience: 2-3 years of experience in SSRS report development. Strong proficiency in SQL. Understanding of relational database concepts and client-server architecture. Preferred Experience: Experience in healthcare, Medicare, or regulated reporting environments. Experience coordinating reporting or analytics initiatives between business and IT teams. Demonstrated experience in project management, including tracking, prioritization, and documentation. Background in managing operational and regulatory reports. Familiarity with data platforms like SQL Server and Databricks. Track record of improving reporting processes and organizational workflows.
