The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.Pay$32 - $38 plus incentive bonuses - Pay Rate Determined in InterviewYour Duties and Responsibilities· Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment in commercial buildings· Diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and industry best practices· Perform routine maintenance and preventive plumbing services· Respond to emergency plumbing service calls in a timely manner· Provide accurate information for estimators for repairs, and/ or service work· Ensure all work is compliant with local plumbing codes and safety standards· Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver professional service· Collaborate with the service manager and team members on larger commercial plumbing projects· Maintain a clean and safe work environment· Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and plumbing technologiesQualifications 3+ years of experience as a commercial service plumberValid plumbing licenseStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsProficient in using plumbing tools and equipmentExperience with commercial plumbing systems (e.g., water supply, drainage, heating, gas lines)Knowledge of local building codes and regulationsStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable transportation and a clean driving recordAbility to think outside the box Reports ToService ManagerBenefits Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsuranceProfit Sharing Retirement PlanZayZoon - Wages on Demand6 Paid Holidays48 Hours of Paid Time Off40 Hours of Sick Time Location / Travel Travel to job sites across the Greater Phoenix Area.Corporate Office: 303 W Elliott Rd, Tempe, AZ 85284 Our PromiseWe're an equal opportunity employer.
