You Are We are looking for an innovative and strategic leader to shape our direction at the intersection of Google Cloud and pivotal Independent Software Vendor (ISV) ecosystems, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, and Oracle. The Work This role is crucial in orchestrating a comprehensive Data, AI, and agentic transformation, leveraging GCP to extract extraordinary value from critical enterprise data and processes. Key Responsibilities include: Ecosystem & Partnership Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic approach for integrating Google Cloud's Data, AI, and agentic capabilities with leading ISV platforms. Build and nurture executive-level partnerships with firms like Salesforce and ServiceNow to foster technical alignment and collaborative innovation. Integrated Data & AI Transformation: Design and oversee the execution of contemporary, cross-platform data strategies that consolidate data from ISV systems within Google Cloud to enhance analytics and AI capabilities. AI/ML Model Development: Lead initiatives to create and deploy AI/ML models and intelligent agents across GCP and ISV platforms to automate intricate workflows and generate insightful predictions. Solution Development & Go-to-Market: Drive the creation of innovative solutions and reference architectures that effectively tackle client challenges by merging GCP and ISV capabilities. Collaborative Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact and thought leader for all GCP + ISV integration endeavors, ensuring synergy between product, engineering, and business development teams. Innovation Culture: Advocate for a culture of creativity and teamwork, motivating teams to explore the full potential of integrated cloud and SaaS technologies. Travel may be necessary for this position, which may vary greatly depending on business and client needs. Here's what you need: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience (minimum of 12 years). If holding an Associate's Degree, a minimum of 6 years of work experience is required. A minimum of 12 years of experience in a senior leadership position in technology, emphasizing strategic alliances, business development, or product strategy. At least 5 years of hands-on experience with major enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle). A minimum of 5 years leading large-scale cross-functional programs from inception to launch. Professional Skills Requirement: A robust understanding of cloud computing principles along with the data and AI landscape. Bonus Points if You Have: A Master's degree or MBA. In-depth technical expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially in data analytics, machine learning, and AI services. A proven history of establishing and managing successful, revenue-generating partnerships with major ISVs. Experience in deploying AI, machine learning, or agentic automation solutions in multi-platform enterprise environments.
