RN WEEKEND WARRIOR (12 HR SHIFTS)

Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and document resident conditions and responses to care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans. Respond promptly to emergencies and resident needs during weekend shifts. Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility protocols. Requirements Current and valid RN license in the state of Ohio. Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred, especially in long-term care or rehabilitation settings. Ability to work 12-hour weekend shifts consistently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
