$5000 Full Time Sign On Bonus Available We offer a competitive hourly rate along with a monthly performance bonus based on your production and clinical excellence. Our highest-earning Hygienists can make up to $73/hour in Boston, combining base pay and bonus potential with clear goals, transparency, and the support to help you thrive. As a Dental Hygienist at Tend, you will provide outstanding preventive care in a modern, beautifully designed studio, supported by a dedicated dental assistant through our Team (Assisted) Hygiene model. You will manage a full schedule of patients with the necessary tools, systems, and support to deliver exceptional clinical care and outstanding patient experiences. What You Will Do Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing (SRP), oral cancer screenings, and patient education, adhering to evidence-based clinical guidelines. Work alongside a dedicated dental assistant to optimize your schedule and manage patient care efficiently. Collaborate with dentists to identify treatment plans based on patient needs. Drive hygiene production by maximizing chair time and recommending preventive care. Build strong patient relationships through clear communication and personalized education. Engage with the studio team to ensure seamless patient care. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities. Active hygiene license in your applying state. Current Anesthesia/Nitrous license if applicable. Current CPR/BLS certification. Comfort with digital charting, x-rays, and technology-driven care. Open to various work schedules (full-time, part-time, or PRN). Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to perform essential duties, with or without reasonable accommodations: Sitting and standing for extended periods. Manual dexterity for handling instruments and operating clinical equipment. Adequate vision for reading charts and interpreting findings. Ability to maintain ergonomic positioning for patient care. Lift or move equipment and supplies up to 25 pounds. Effective communication with patients and professionals.
