As a key member of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, you will empower clients to understand and traverse their intricate Enterprise Identity environments. Your expertise will be vital in assessing, enhancing, and creating innovative solutions, processes, and policies tailored to each client's IAM needs, making a significant impact on global cybersecurity. The Role As part of the EY Cyber Managed Services team, you will provide around-the-clock operational support to assist clients in managing and mitigating privileged access risks within their enterprise environments. As a PAM Operations Specialist, your responsibilities will include the daily operation, monitoring, and continual improvement of Privileged Access Management platforms, ensuring they remain secure, stable, and compliant with both client and EY standards. Your Key Responsibilities PAM Platform Operations Administer PAM platforms like CyberArk PAS, EPM, PSM, AAM, managing user onboarding, account lifecycle, and access provisioning. Monitor the health of PAM infrastructure, vault availability, and privileged session status. Perform routine operational tasks including password reconciliations and platform upkeep. Access & Policy Enforcement Implement privileged access policies in line with client governance models. Assist with privileged access requests and emergency access workflows. Ensure compliance of privileged accounts across various environments. Incident, Problem & Change Support Act as L1/L2 support for PAM incidents and service requests, resolving issues within defined SLAs. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring PAM issues. Coordinate with engineering teams for planned changes and updates. Monitoring, Audit & Compliance Review alerts and logs as part of security monitoring and support audits. Generate reports on privileged access usage and compliance. Provide evidence for internal and external audits. Documentation & Continuous Improvement Keep SOPs and operational documentation up to date. Identify automation opportunities for repetitive tasks. Participate in transitioning new PAM onboardings into operations. Skills and Attributes for Success Experience operating PAM solutions, especially CyberArk. Familiarity with privileged access concepts and various integrated platforms. Understanding of IT service management processes. Strong discipline in SLA-driven operational environments. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field. 3-5 years in cybersecurity operations, IAM, or PAM support roles. Hands-on experience with PAM platforms, preferably CyberArk. Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and service accounts. Willingness to work shift-based or on-call models. Preferred Qualifications CyberArk certifications or related PAM credentials. Exposure to cloud PAM integrations. Understanding of regulatory and security frameworks.
