Senior NetSuite Performance Consultant

Job Overview Join our team as a Senior NetSuite Performance Consultant, where you will be a key contributor, delivering high-quality and innovative solutions for our clients. Your expertise will guide project teams in implementing effective software solutions while adhering to budget and time constraints. You will analyze business needs, ensuring that our NetSuite solutions align with customer objectives through a blend of industry standards and business insights. Key Responsibilities Conduct holistic technical design reviews. Optimize performance and scalability of ERP systems. Enhance integrations and customizations for NetSuite. Provide data management consultation and guidance. Advise on ERP best practices. Your deep technical experience will enable you to thoroughly analyze customer requirements, ensuring long-term scalability of NetSuite. You will collaborate with partners to implement recommended solutions, acting as a subject-matter expert across various customer accounts. Required Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of hands-on consulting experience with ERP systems, including performance and scalability. Experience with load and performance testing, SQL tuning, and data extraction strategies. Familiarity with SaaS architectures and Oracle database architecture. Expertise in architecting and tuning integrations with various tools. Preferred Skills Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience with Agile methodologies, including scrum master roles. Proficiency in developing and optimizing NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, or REST integrations. Travel Requirements: Expect modest to moderate travel as needed. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is USD $97,500 to $199,500, with additional eligibility for bonuses and equity.
