In collaboration with families, physicians, and healthcare teams, you will determine the most effective care strategies and recovery paths. Deliver compassionate and attentive care to patients with life-threatening or high-acuity conditions. Maintain vigilant monitoring of patients and provide regular updates to pediatricians and families regarding patient status and recovery expectations.
