Software Engineering Manager for Machine Learning

Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of 8 years of experience, or a PhD with 4 years of software engineering experience, including direct technical management. Demonstrable experience in recruiting, structuring, and managing technical teams, as well as overseeing performance management processes. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. Experience in supporting, coaching, and mentoring software engineers to develop their skills. At least 2 years of experience managing a diverse group of engineers. Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on technical management experience in developing large-scale systems, algorithms, and tools in the Machine Learning field. Public Compensation: $184,000/year to $257,000/year plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
