ERP Specialist II

Segra is eager to find a talented and motivated ERP Specialist II to become part of our dynamic team in a full-time capacity. Location Requirement: This position is hybrid, requiring three (3) days in the office, providing the flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week. Role Overview: The ERP Specialist II plays a key role in supporting, optimizing, and enhancing our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). In this exciting role, you will work closely with business leaders to translate their operational needs into effective system configurations, provide user training, and collaborate with our IT team on system enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance. Additionally, you will leverage your expertise to provide reporting and analytical insights that drive informed decision-making throughout the supply chain and purchasing functions. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree required (in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field). Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with an ERP system is essential. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly preferred. A background in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Operations, or IT support is beneficial. Key Competencies: Technical expertise and debugging skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in translating business requirements into ERP system configurations. Aptitude for delivering employee training in both individual and group settings. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency in generating system reports and comfortable utilizing data analysis tools. Microsoft certifications (Dynamics, Power Platform) are a plus.
