Physical Therapist - PT (PHYT) - GeneralLocation: Marshallville, GA Pay: $44.08 - $48.44 hourly Shift: 08:00:00 - 16:30:00 Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist - PT (PHYT) to join the General team of a respected healthcare organization. This role is ideal for healthcare professionals looking to work in a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient-centered care. Note: This is a direct placement opportunity. Key Responsibilities/Job Requirements: Provide physical therapy services in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility Work 30 hours per week on a Monday through Friday schedule Deliver therapy services to patients in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and memory care settings Assess and treat patients across the continuum of care including skilled nursing, personal care, and independent living levels Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for skilled nursing facilities Participate in care plan meetings and discharge planning Maintain current state physical therapy licensure and required certifications Qualifications: Active Physical Therapist - PT (PHYT) license in good standing (state-specific) Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant General experience preferred BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Benefits: Health, dental and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan options Continuing education and professional development support ATC Healthcare partners with healthcare organizations that are Equal Opportunity Employers.
