Role Summary We are searching for a creative and detail-oriented Luxury Honeymoon and Romance Travel Consultant to design, book, and manage tailor-made itineraries for romantic travel. This role demands a passionate individual with a flair for luxury and romance, capable of transforming a couple's vision into a seamless reality. The ideal candidate will be adept at maximizing value, securing exclusive amenities, and addressing the emotional nuances involved in planning once-in-a-lifetime journeys. Key Responsibilities Bespoke Itinerary Design: Create highly customized, romantic itineraries for honeymoons, anniversaries, and destination weddings, often involving multi-stop travel and intricate logistics (e.g., blending city exploration with beach relaxation). Value Maximization & Perks: Leverage supplier relationships to secure valuable amenities such as room upgrades, resort credits, complimentary dinners, and VIP welcome packages, ensuring a premium experience that aligns with any budget. Supplier Expertise: Keep a thorough, up-to-date knowledge of the world’s most romantic destinations, boutique hotels, luxury all-inclusive resorts, and cruise lines specializing in romance packages (e.g., Maldives, Bora Bora, Santorini, Caribbean). Emotional & Financial Guidance: Conduct comprehensive consultations to comprehend the couple's vision, manage budget expectations transparently, and guide them through decision-making during a potentially high-stress time (like wedding planning). Conflict & Logistics Management: Anticipate and address any risks related to travel documentation, visas, destination advisories, and timely coordination of wedding groups. Qualifications Proven ability to communicate effectively with high-net-worth clients and manage sophisticated, high-value bookings. Exceptional organizational abilities and keen attention to detail regarding specific requests (e.g., dietary preferences, room selection, surprise planning). Proficiency in travel booking software, with experience in romantic travel supplier portals and consortia programs. High levels of empathy and discretion, crucial for managing sensitive client information and expectations related to romantic trips.
