Summary: The ISCE Global Supply Chain Operations team is dedicated to the efficient planning and execution of supply chain operations that ensure the timely and cost-effective availability of essential data center equipment, which is critical for the optimal performance of Meta's data centers. We are on the lookout for a passionate Global Supply Chain Manager to advance our mission. In this role, you will lead and support supply chain operations to ensure the successful completion of Meta Data Center and Corporate Cabling fiber and infrastructure projects, adhering to timelines and specifications. Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive supply plans that optimize capacity utilization and ensure business objectives are met while facilitating timely and accurate supply communications. Publish build plans to suppliers, actively monitor lead times, and track production schedules against the plan, taking proactive measures to address deviations and mitigate risks. Identify potential supply risks early and drive advancements in manufacturing and operations through vendor capability assessments, streamlining supplier processes to minimize disruptions. Keep abreast of geopolitical market conditions and technology trends, identifying challenges and opportunities in supply and demand. Ensure operational readiness for new equipment, suppliers, and geographical expansions within the supply chain. Collaborate with Capacity Delivery Leads, Construction teams, and General Contractors to resolve unforeseen delivery challenges and maintain prioritized schedules. Work alongside demand managers and procurement teams to optimize the fulfillment of the supply plan. Team up with Sourcing & Quality teams to support category strategies, business allocation plans, and conduct supplier performance reviews as part of Integrated Product Teams. Facilitate the implementation and adoption of process improvements while enhancing data systems and metrics to boost supply visibility and accuracy. Cultivate supplier relationships with a focus on continuous performance enhancement. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, supply chain management, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in supply chain fulfillment operations, including forecasting, demand management, supply planning, order management, MPS/MRP, inventory control, and logistics. Proven track record in enhancing and managing supplier performance. Strong analytical skills with experience in collecting and analyzing information to drive problem-solving initiatives. Preferred Qualifications: Master's in Business Administration or Engineering. Background and experience in Fiber and Cabling Infrastructure are highly desirable.
