Join our dynamic team as a Progressive Care Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel contract! We offer a competitive rate of $60.00/hour blended travel rate and comprehensive benefits during your assignment. Shift: Night Shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 36 hours per week As a Progressive Care RN, you will provide exceptional, patient-centered care to moderately acute patients requiring constant cardiac and clinical monitoring. You will play a vital role in collaborating with our dedicated healthcare team to ensure the highest standards of safety and effectiveness throughout your night shift. Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct nursing care to PCU patients, including cardiac and telemetry monitoring. Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately. Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered by healthcare providers. Quickly identify and respond to changes in patient condition. Work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate care. Educate patients and families regarding care plans and discharge instructions. Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and patient safety standards. Requirements: Active RN license or compact license. Minimum of 2 years of recent PCU experience. BLS and ACLS certification required. Willingness to work night shifts.
