In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customers with high-quality products that enrich their lives, making a meaningful difference! A typical day as a Client Relations Coordinator includes: Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer experiences through exceptional service in both our stores and during home visits. You will also assist with obtaining new rental orders, in-person and over the phone. Deliveries & Pickups: Showcase your winning spirit by safely loading, unloading, and installing products while adhering to all handling and transportation guidelines. You will be responsible for keeping company vehicles clean and well-maintained. Merchandising: Create a welcoming store environment by organizing products and keeping cleanliness for both customers and your team. Your efforts will help refurbish merchandise to look like new and maintain a tidy showroom. To qualify, you must meet the following minimum requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. At least 18 years of age. A valid state driver's license with a good driving record, as you will be driving company vehicles. The capability to lift and move items such as furniture, electronics, and appliances. Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. Physical Demands: This is an active role that requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and engaging in various tasks throughout the day. Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, with working hours from Monday to Saturday during store hours. Sundays are off, along with one additional weekday.
