Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct patient care, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure, and promptly report any changes to the nursing team. Assist with mobility exercises and physical therapy, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout. Support patients during meals, providing feeding assistance when necessary. Aid nursing staff with medical procedures and treatments as required. Promote patient comfort and provide emotional support to improve their overall well-being. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay informed on best practices and healthcare standards. Perform additional duties as needed to support patient care and clinic operations. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications: Current CNA certification from an accredited program. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but not required.
