Role Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive healthcare for individuals and families at all life stages, from children to seniors. Manage chronic diseases, preventive care, immediate health issues, and mental health challenges with an emphasis on a patient-centered approach. Perform thorough physical examinations, analyze diagnostic results, and craft tailored treatment strategies. Work alongside care coordinators, mental health specialists, and other healthcare providers to achieve holistic approaches to patient care. Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to keep precise and current documentation of patient care. Provide care both in-person and via virtual platforms to meet diverse patient preferences. Education Requirements MD or DO from an accredited medical institution. Completion of a recognized Family Medicine residency program. Certifications Board Certification in Family Medicine. Eligible for (or currently possess) an active North Carolina medical license. BLS and ACLS certifications are strongly preferred.
