In this role, you will drive the vision and execution of our oncology product portfolio. You’ll play a crucial role in addressing key unmet needs in cancer care, enhancing access to personalized testing, and defining tumor-specific objectives. As a vital member of our cross-functional clinical, medical, and commercial teams, you will oversee product lifecycle planning, monitor performance, and manage risks to ensure our oncology solutions succeed in both clinical and commercial settings. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) and have 8-10 years of experience in product marketing and market analytics within the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors. GU oncology market expertise is highly preferred, along with a background in managing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and a solid understanding of oncology molecular testing and biomarkers. We value leadership that inspires and mobilizes teams. Applicants should demonstrate strategic agility, a collaborative mindset, and excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on customer needs. The position requires the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively, an openness to travel (up to 25%), and flexibility to work beyond standard hours when necessary.
