Landscape Care Technician

Key Responsibilities: Field Operations: Arrive on time to ensure smooth project execution; keep landscape areas tidy before mowing; remove weeds and debris from sidewalks and garden beds; report any damage to the Foreman; assist in loading and unloading equipment. Client Interactions: Maintain professionalism and courtesy; consistently wear a neat uniform; be prepared to address client inquiries; use the appropriate equipment for various tasks. Equipment Management: Complete necessary training and obtain certifications for essential equipment (mowers, blowers, edgers, etc.); conduct routine maintenance on tools; master proper loading and unloading techniques for equipment. Safety Practices: Participate in company orientation and safety training; diligently follow all safety protocols; attend safety meetings regularly; utilize required safety equipment. Qualifications: Exhibit a positive, can-do attitude. Ability to meet deadlines with a clear understanding of subsequent tasks. Eager to take on new responsibilities and projects. Committed to exceeding performance expectations. Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team. Skills and Physical Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 pounds regularly. Comfortable working in various outdoor conditions, including wet or humid environments. Why Work With Us?
