Consulting Clinical Pharmacist

Join our vibrant Health Services team as a Consulting Clinical Pharmacist! In this role, you will collaborate with Business Development, Account Management, and Operations teams to offer your clinical expertise, driving client growth and retention. Key Responsibilities: Present engaging sessions at client meetings, events, and webinars, addressing industry advancements and innovative developments. Cultivate professional relationships within the RxBenefits team to effectively support potential and existing clients with your clinical insights. Act as the Clinical Subject Matter Expert during implementation calls, influencing critical decisions around drug coverage and utilization management standards through data-driven insights. Leverage Business Intelligence tools to conduct thorough data analysis. Ensure quality assurance by reviewing colleague analytical outputs for consistency. Conduct comprehensive chart reviews and provide evidence-based recommendations to providers and clients regarding complex medication regimens and coverage. Communicate the Clinical Value Proposition effectively and support various clinical product initiatives. Mentor new consultant pharmacists, pharmacy residents, and student interns, sharing your valuable knowledge and expertise. Provide critical clinical consulting support to National and Regional Business Development and Account Management teams to help clients achieve their goals. Contribute to clinical-focused projects as assigned and assist with internal training initiatives related to clinical materials. Collaborate with clinical leadership to update Clinical Policies and Procedures. Assist in maintaining and enhancing client-facing clinical materials. Participate in team discussions, contribute to the Clinical Confluence site, and collaborate on market research for educational content. Stay updated with RxBenefits’ complete product offerings and maintain thorough knowledge of all new and existing clinical products and partner solutions. Take on additional duties as assigned by clinical leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (BPharm) or higher (MPharm/PharmD) in Pharmacy from an accredited institution. Valid State pharmacy license currently in effect. A minimum of two years of experience in clinical advising within the Managed Care/PBM Marketplace. Strong understanding of clinical advising in relation to RxBenefits practices. Ability to connect industry and regulatory changes to data trends and solutions. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. The anticipated hiring range for this role is between $125,000 and $130,000 annually, with final compensation determined by experience, skills, knowledge, and other factors.
