Role Overview As a Manager in Advisory Services, you will take the lead on assurance and advisory engagements, manage valuable client relationships, and deliver strategic insights to enhance financial integrity and operational success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that align with client objectives and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage audit and advisory engagements from planning to completion. Develop effective audit strategies and execute comprehensive audit procedures in accordance with international standards. Provide advisory support focused on financial reporting, internal controls, and risk management. Mentor and supervise junior staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development. Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure the delivery of high-quality results. Identify and communicate audit findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders. Stay informed about IFRS, ISA, and local regulatory changes impacting clients. Work closely with ITC's digital transformation teams to implement technology into audit processes. Experience in assurance-related roles within a professional services firm, ideally at the Manager level. Strong client handling skills and a proven track record of producing high-quality assurance work. Experience with analytical review approaches is desirable. Skills and Expertise Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in audit software; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively. Leadership and team management skills. High ethical standards and a keen attention to detail. Education & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ACCA qualification (fully qualified). Additional certifications such as CPA, CISA, or CIA are advantageous. Career Progression (Next 3 Years) Year 1: Manage mid-sized audit engagements, cultivate client portfolios, and mentor junior personnel. Year 2: Oversee large-scale advisory projects, contribute to business development activities, and engage in strategic planning. Year 3: Advance to Senior Manager or Advisory Lead, overseeing multiple teams while driving innovation in audit and advisory services.
