In this role, you will provide specialized pelvic health services within a well-established environment that prioritizes high-quality patient care. This position is perfect for clinicians who have a passion for pelvic health and are eager to expand and enhance pelvic floor services in a collaborative setting. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat patients experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, including: Pelvic pain Urinary and bowel dysfunction Prenatal and postpartum conditions Pelvic organ prolapse Post-surgical rehabilitation Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Provide individualized, patient-centered care. Educate patients about anatomy, exercise, movement, and lifestyle strategies for better health. Maintain precise and timely documentation. Communicate effectively with referring providers and collaborate closely with clinic staff. Play an active role in growing and developing pelvic floor services within the clinic. Qualifications: Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in Indiana. Certification or training in Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy is preferred, but motivated clinicians seeking mentorship will be considered. Experience in outpatient rehab or women's health is preferred.
