Location: Cheshire, Connecticut Status: Accepting Candidates Start Date: TBD Duration: 1-year commitment preferred Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM 8-hour days with 30-minute lunch 40 hours per week (36 patient-facing, 4 administrative) Practice Details: Adult-only patient population (no pediatrics) Average 20 patients per day Current team: 3 physicians (1 departing in December), 3 APPs, 1 new APP starting September Support: 1 MA per clinician, shared nursing & front desk staff, onsite manager Exam rooms: 2 per clinician Lab & Imaging: Quest Lab and Jefferson Radiology onsite Residents: None Requirements: CT medical license (required) 2+ years of Primary Care experience (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) EPIC EMR experience by Jobble
