Strategic Client Executive Zurich Resilience Solutions (ZRS) is excited to invite applications for the Strategic Client Executive role within our Sales & Marketing team. This vital position will empower you to lead the creation and delivery of consulting service engagements focused on driving new client acquisitions in the Business Resilience market. As a subject matter expert in one or more industries, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a growing team that develops and markets client-focused service propositions nationwide through both direct (B2B) and partnership (B2B2B) distribution channels. Expect to travel 30-50% of the time. Proactively manage your daily workload to meet and exceed personal sales and business performance targets. Sell technical products, services, and solutions to prospective clients, with a focus on specific technical applications. Act as the interface between prospective clients and our risk engineering representatives. Research and align client technical specifications and requirements with our company's robust product and service offerings. Build and maintain profitable relationships to promote ZRS's value propositions, including negotiation of new offers and closures. Evaluate and strategize to maximize new client acquisitions and profit generation for ZRS. Oversee the development of sales pipelines, ensuring timely and accurate updates to the CRM database throughout the sales cycle. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations for potential clients and company stakeholders. Develop necessary technical specifications, pricing strategies, and contract requirements for new client acquisition. Provide insightful advice that helps prospective clients solve challenges or enhance their business. Anticipate client needs and monitor industry trends to recommend proactive changes. Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree and 7+ years of experience in Sales, OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 9+ years of experience in Sales, OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 7+ years of experience in Sales. Preferred Qualifications: Experience within the insurance industry and/or physical risk consulting. Proven track record in B2B sales in the US, with experience in partnership distribution preferred. Strong consultative sales solutions background. Experience in a consulting firm. Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance consulting. Influencing skills at the C-Suite executive level. Experience in a fast-paced, scale-up business environment with ambitious growth plans. Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence. Background in risk organization with knowledge of risk assessment and insights. Exceptional strategic planning and execution capabilities. Excellent presentation skills. Your compensation at Zurich is based on your role, location, skills, and experience. We adhere to local laws to ensure fair compensation. You may also qualify for bonuses and merit increases. We encourage applicants even if your expectations exceed the listed range—your unique background is important to us. The proposed base salary range for this opportunity is $115,200.00 - $188,700.00. This role also includes a variable component based on individual performance under the sales incentive plan.
