Treasury Management Sales Analyst This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity based out of one of our Fulton Bank locations within our 5-state footprint of PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA. Typical work hours are Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM, with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home following a successful training period. This position is essential in supporting the Sales team as well as customers and prospects. You will analyze financial data, prepare sales reports, handle administrative tasks, and assist in onboarding clients with tailored solutions. We seek a detail-oriented individual with robust analytical skills, a solid understanding of Treasury products, and the ability to collaborate effectively. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate, select, and analyze products and services to recommend to clients. Establish client pricing structures and recommend deviations from standard based on market research. Support the sales team with pre-sales activities, data analysis, and client information pertaining to account transactions. Oversee the sales onboarding process and prepare annual client reviews, ensuring quality service delivery. Participate in client meetings to gather requirements, present findings, and discuss tailored solutions. Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and coordinate marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in general studies (required); business, finance, or international business preferred. 2+ years in banking, sales administration, or a related role (required). 2+ years of proven customer service experience, ideally in a banking or financial services environment (required). Familiarity with the Sales Force application is preferred. Skills Required: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with aptness in interpreting complex financial data. Exceptional communication skills, with a customer-centric approach. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This role requires flexibility as you may perform other duties as assigned by the manager. Compensation for this role ranges from $21.59 to $35.96 per hour, reflecting the candidate's skills and experience.
