Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Interventional Radiology Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 11 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Travel X‑Ray Technologist – OR/CVOR Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (with call) Department: Radiology Tech (X‑Ray) – OR/CVOR Facility: Mission Hospital Location: Asheville, NC 28806 Role Overview The Travel X‑Ray Technologist supports imaging needs within the CVOR and OR environments, providing high‑quality diagnostic imaging for surgical and interventional procedures. This role requires strong technical proficiency, adaptability in a fast‑paced surgical setting, and prior experience in IR or Cath Lab environments. Required Qualifications Active RT® certification BLS certification Previous Interventional Radiology and/or Cath Lab experience Experience with moderate sedation Proficiency operating Zeego and C‑Arm systems Preferred Skills Ability to independently support all imaging needs within the OR Strong understanding of sterile technique and OR workflows Experience assisting with complex cardiovascular and neuro procedures Procedures Performed Orthopedic and neurosurgical imaging TEVAR procedures Pacemaker placements Impella device support Additional cardiovascular and hybrid OR cases WHY JUDGE HEALTHCARE?
