Salary: up to $80,000 per year (equivalent to $52.88 per hour worked)Schedule: 10 month school calendar • 1,462.5 annual work hours • School day hoursWork–Life Balance + Full Benefits About the Role:The William Penn School District, in partnership with the Devereux Center for Effective Schools, is seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support elementary and secondary Emotional Support (ES) programs. This 10month position focuses on providing high quality behavioral consultation, assessment, training, and program development grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) to improve outcomes for students with emotional and behavioral disorders. Our services include individual and group counseling, behavioral consultations and classroom support, as well as evidence-based screenings and short-term interventions.Qualifications Masters Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work or related field required. The ideal candidate will have their BCBA certification Must have relevant behavioral experience. Applicants enrolled in a BCBA program and close to obtaining licensure are welcome to apply!
