Known for professionalism, communication, and long-standing partnerships across the commercial construction industry, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to take a central leadership role within the growing team. This is a high-impact opportunity suited for a proactive leader who thrives in a fastpaced environment. Job Description Lead preconstruction efforts including estimating, budgeting, and early schedule development. Manage all daily project activities, ensuring progress stays on schedule and within budget. Oversee QA/QC procedures and change management processes throughout each project's lifecycle. Maintain strong, productive relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors. Represent the company in key meetings with owners and design partners. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members.
