Position Overview Join our dedicated team as a Clinical Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in addressing the clinical needs of our customers. In this vital position, you will collaborate with Territory Managers to showcase FUJIFILM Sonosite products, close sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Post-sale, you'll nurture client relationships and promote the adoption of FUJIFILM Sonosite products, contributing to improved healthcare delivery. Note: This position is open to candidates currently residing in the Denver, CO area as this is a central location for our business. Job Description Essential Job Functions: Partner with the Territory Manager to understand clinical needs, demonstrate FUJIFILM Sonosite's products, and secure new business. Train customers on the effective use of FUJIFILM Sonosite products during implementation at their site. Own post-sales activities by fostering product adoption and addressing customer concerns to enhance user satisfaction. Support Territory Manager by maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Convey the overall value of FUJIFILM Sonosite products to stakeholders at customer sites. Demonstrate products with Inside Sales Representatives as needed to showcase their benefits. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to ensure clients receive maximum value from our offerings. Provide Clinical, Technical, and Educational support to clients as necessary. Contribute to other areas of the company when required. Act as the primary commercial resource in the absence of the Territory Manager. Ensure compliance with the company's quality system requirements. Knowledge and Experience: Possess a 2-year degree from an accredited ultrasound training institution. Hold RDMS certification in Abdomen/OB GYN. RDCS or RDCS eligible, RVT or RVT eligible preferred. A minimum of three years’ experience in diagnostic ultrasound (Abdominal/OBGyn/Vascular). Ability to navigate complex requirements with strong prioritization skills. Understand both clinical and business needs of customers and FUJIFILM Sonosite. Translate customer needs into actionable product requests. Skills and Abilities: Exemplary verbal and written communication skills. Ability to foster positive relationships with customers across all accounts. Demonstrate professional skills to effectively manage interpersonal relationships. Adaptable to changing priorities and work environments. Organized approach to meet customer and company timelines consistently. Willingness to travel approximately 80% of the time. Capability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodations. Self-motivated with minimal supervision required, while excelling in team settings. Represent FUJIFILM Sonosite with professionalism. Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary range of $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year, depending on experience, plus bonuses based on performance. Comprehensive insurance coverage including medical, dental, and vision. Life insurance and company-paid disability benefits. 401k plan with a 4% automatic contribution and generous matching options. Paid Time Off accrued up to three weeks in the first year, increasing with tenure. Four additional paid holidays based on hire date. Eight paid holidays annually.
